I am going to be real, raw and honest here….

Being in a loving and committed relationship is deeply healing, profound, beautiful and can be a catalyst for spiritual growth, true compassion and intimacy on levels you cannot even imagine!

Its true. BUT….

They can also be tumultuous, heartbreaking, stagnant, boring and just plain be hurtful. Cycling round with the same old arguments all the time, not really getting anywhere.
